Cancellation Policy
At Sampada Projects, we value transparency and strive to build long-term trust with our customers. This policy outlines the terms under which booking cancellations and payment refunds are handled.
Booking Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@sampadaprojects.com within [7] days of booking.
- Cancellations made after site visit or document verification may incur deductions as per the booking agreement.
- Once the Agreement to Sale is executed, no cancellations will be accepted unless legally mandated.
Refund Eligibility
- The initial booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
- If Sampada Projects is unable to allot the booked property due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 15 working days.
Payment Gateway Charges
- Online payments may include a non-refundable gateway processing fee charged by the payment provider. Sampada Projects is not liable to refund these charges.
Force Majeure
- Cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, legal orders, or government actions) will be evaluated case-by-case. Refunds in such cases may be deferred or modified.
