Cancellation Policy


At Sampada Projects, we value transparency and strive to build long-term trust with our customers. This policy outlines the terms under which booking cancellations and payment refunds are handled.  




Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@sampadaprojects.com within [7] days of booking.
  • Cancellations made after site visit or document verification may incur deductions as per the booking agreement.
  • Once the Agreement to Sale is executed, no cancellations will be accepted unless legally mandated.


Refund Eligibility

  • The initial booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
  • If Sampada Projects is unable to allot the booked property due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 15 working days.


Payment Gateway Charges

  • Online payments may include a non-refundable gateway processing fee charged by the payment provider. Sampada Projects is not liable to refund these charges. 


Force Majeure

  • Cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, legal orders, or government actions) will be evaluated case-by-case. Refunds in such cases may be deferred or modified. 


Refund Process 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source only.
  • Please allow 7–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your accou


Dispute Resolution 

  • Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds will be governed by applicable real estate laws and resolved under the jurisdiction of [City Name, e.g., Hyderabad].
